Fairbanks Guesthouse is the original homestead which has been occupied by generations of our family for over 100 years. Sleeping 6, Fairbanks Guesthouse is your ultimate getaway for peace and quiet. Located only 10 minutes from Ballandean, 25 minutes from Stanthorpe and 40 minutes from Tenterfield.

Immerse yourself in nature by visiting neighbouring Sundown National Park or Girraween National Park. The stars provide amazing viewing during the crisp clear nights. Bird Watching is also an option with the rare Diamond Firetail making its home here. A few minutes drive away are award winning Ballandean Estate Wines, Golden Grove Winery and numerous Granite Belt wineries and attractions. Tour operators will pick up from your front door.
You may simply wish to relax and get cosy by the log fire taking the time to recharge your body and soul. The peaceful surrounds, views, magnificent sunrises and sunsets are all on hand to ensure you enjoy your stay at Fairbanks. Be sure to take a moment to step outside at night and lose yourself in the spectacular display of stars in the night sky. Take a peaceful stroll
along the creek or down the lane and soak up the fresh country air
and see the native wild life. The options are endless!

OUR ROOMS
We have four comfortable bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a king bed, two bedrooms have queen beds
and one bedroom has
two single beds.
Please advise your preferred
configuration upon booking.

During winter all beds have cosy flannelette sheets, two blankets and feather doonas.

(includes use of whole house, min 2 night stay Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Midweek stays Monday - Thursday $300 per night one night accepted.
